Real Name: Scott Carver
Background: Scott Carver was a young boy fascinated by space travel. He stowed away on an unmanned space rocket and during the flight was exposed to cosmic rays allowed him to assume the form of an adult. He was rescued by the astronaut hero Steel Claw. With amazing powers of strength, he joined the second Watchstar team using the name Star Dragon. Later, using the name Bolt, he joined the fourth Watchstar team and gave his life in their service.

Status: Deceased
Powers: Bolt had the power of flight and superhuman strength. He was nearly impervious to physical damage.
