Real Name: Rick Banner

Background: The Cybercaptains™ were superheroes created as a marketing gimmick by a large, unscrupulous corporation. Major cities without a superhero presence would be assigned a Cybercaptain and a stable of "villains", and all of them were simply former athletes, actors or models hired to play parts. The merchandising alone would make a fortune! Rick Banner, the Cybercaptain of Pacific City, grew disillusioned with his role as an artificial hero and exposed the program for what it was. He latered became partners with Saber.

Skills: Banner is a skilled athlete and trained in hand-to-hand combat.

Technology: Cybercaptain wears a cybersuit that gives him enhanced strength and has a number of built-in weapons. He also rides a Cybercycle™, an advanced motorcycle that can ascend vertical surfaces like walls.
