Real Name: Hector Sanchez

Background: Washed-up kickboxing champion Hector Sanchez dosed himself with illegal steroids to extend his career, but he was discovered and disgraced. The tainted steroids had a permanent effect on his system, giving him superhuman strength and reflexes. He went to work for crime boss Violetta Loveless as an enforcer, often coming up against crimefighters like the Outsiders and Avenger.

Status: Fugitive from the law, supposed to be serving a life sentence for murder.

Skills: Diablo was a skilled martial artist.

Technology: Diablo made use of boot jets, allowing him short range leaps and jumps and enhancing his agility.
