Real Name: Miles Carson

Background: Miles Carson was an ex-military engineer who created a battlesuit to become a mob enforcer. He learned to enjoy the criminal life. However, he was defeated many times by superheroes and served time in a federal facility. After his parole, Enforcer received a full pardon and was hired by the US Government to lead their official super team, the Corsairs.

Skills: Carson is an expert engineer and technologist, having designed the Enforcer battlesuit himself.

Technology: Carson wears the Enforcer battle suit. The current Enforcer suit is based on Carson's own designs and enhanced by experimental devices from the US Department of Defense.
