Real Name: Kid Overcoat

Background: The 11-year old boy known as Kid Overcoat is the young clone of the original Overcoat, created as the result of some inexplicable experiment by Clone Master. Aside from having two arms and being pre-pubescent, he is in all respects like the original, including his skills, powers, and filthy habits.

Status: Active

Powers: Kid Overcoat has telepathic and other psionic powers. He is also a walking cauldron of dysfunctional self-loathing.

Skills: Kid Overcoat has a brand new liver, so he has even more of a tolerance for cheap alcohol than the original.
