Real Name: S'mon R'yidh
Background: S'mon R'yidh was an alien bounty hunter sent to Earth by the Karnak to capture Viceroy. Viceroy defeated him, but his generosity and heroism convinced Outlander that the Karnak were the true villains, and the two became friends. He later joined Viceroy when formed the Liberators.
Group Affiliation:: The Liberators

Powers: Like all members of his race, Outlander is a shapeshifter, capable of disguising and adapting his form. Outlander is also immensely strong and tough.
Skills: Outlander is a skilled hunter and tracker. He is a capable technician and can effect repairs on advanced technology.
