Professor Kosmos
Real Name: Otto Korolev
Background: Otto Korolev was an Iron Curtain scientist who contracted a debilitating bone disease. The only remedy was for him to travel into orbit, where the low gravity wouldn't aggravate his condition. The isolation and cold of space drove him mad. When he began to claim Earth's orbit as his own domain, capturing satellites and threatening to disrupt Earth communications, Watchstar was forced to battle him.
Later, he built a massive space station and became a recluse, occasionally returning to Earth to make trouble.

Skills: Kosmos was an expert engineer with knowledge of space construction techniques, zero-g, and rocketry.
Technology: Korolev's disease means that exposure to any gravity would weaken and eventually kill him. Thus, he wears a massive armored exoskeleton designed to allow him to live in the vacuum of space.
