Real Name: Blood Emperor Tyrann of Atlantis

Background: Ten millenia ago, Tyrann was a savage Atlantean warrior who rose to rule the empire of Atlantis. When Atlantis was destroyed, powerful spells sent the last Emperor into a deep hibernation. He was revived in the 20th century, along with Garth, one of the most powerful wizards of the last days of Atlantis, and dreamed of the day when he could rebuild his ancient empire. His ambition has brought him into conflict many times with Earth's current heroes.

Status: Active

Powers: Tyrann is an extremely strong and tough warrior whose abilities have been enhanced by magical means. His skin is apparently impervious to most weaponry.

Skills: Tyrann is a master of all ancient weaponry. He is also a highly capable military tactician.

Technology: Tyrann keeps an array of magic weapons that survived his long slumber, or that he has stolen from museums, including his magical battle axe.
