Background: British medical student Andrea Wilson thought she was joining the UN medical corps, but she didn't realize she was being recruited by HAVOC. Drugged, subjected to experiments, and used as a psionic slave, she was part of a HAVOC plot to discredit Watchstar. But she managed to turn the tables on her captors, and eventually was asked by Protector to join Watchstar.
