The Citadel Guard

The Citadel Guard is an elite corps of heroes, maintained by the Citadel to preserve galactic peace and enforce justice. In recent years, under the leadership of Power Man, the Guard has been pitted against the might of the Karnak Empire, as the Empire seeks to destroy all rivals to its own power.

The Citadel Guard includes many heroes from worlds across the galaxy. Their ranks have changed over the years.

Auron is the most powerful psychic of her people, capable of reading minds and transmitting psychic energy at vast distances.

Sluggo is the team's technical expert and inventor. Like all his people, he has an aptitude for machines, but Sluggo is considered a genius.

Falcon is a former Earth hero who travelled to space seeking a race of winged humanoids like himself.

K-292 is a mechanical lifeform, programmed as an expert in languages and first contact situations.

Power Man was once Earth's greatest hero during World War II, but left his homeworld decades ago to seek his destiny in space.

Pleione is a cybernetically-enhanced warrior from deep in Karnak space.

Voyager, a native of a gas giant world, travels inside a cybernetic encounter suit that has a variety of weapons systems and enhancements.
