Real Name: Drew Sheffield
Background: The COBRA program (Cyber Optimized Battlefield Recon Agent) was a Phase Two experiment in combat cyborgs. Sheffield, a young Phase Two officer injured in an accident, was the only subject of the program. He was recruited by Gauntlet for the Watchstar III team and eventually led the Watchstar Westteam.
