Real Name: Robert Manning

Background: Robert Manning was a corrupt cop on the payroll of mob boss Petro. At Petro's orders, he underwent an experimental treatment that gave him partially feline DNA. He then became one of Petro's chief enforcers under the name Panther. Critically injured in a battle with Peacemaker, his life was saved through full-body cyborg technology by the organization called Eclipse. However, the surgery left him psychopathic and in a permanent state of rage.

Powers: Cyberpath retains the enhanced speed, superhuman strength and reflexes granted by his feline DNA.

Skills: Cyberpath is a trained police officer.

Technology: Cyberpath's entire nervous system has been electronically enhanced. His musculature has largely been replaced by myometallic fiber bundles that boost his speed and strength to incredible levels. In addition, he has a number of built-in weapons including the ability to project bio-venom and ionic plasma.
