Peacemaker

Real Name: Paul Carter

Background: Paul Carter was a decorated Naval Underwater Commando (NUC) whose attorney wife was assassinated by a drug cartel. The mysterious group called The Commission enlisted Carter for their vigilante war on crime, providing him with weapons, bases and equipment.

Peacemaker later formed the Strong Persuaders, a group of like-minded vigilantes that included Manhunter, Vengeance, The Asp, and Maverick.

Peacemaker was presumed killed in South America for a long time. He chose to use the time to lay low, but recently has re-appeared, fit and dangerous as ever.

Status: Active

Skills: As a member of an elite commando force, the NUCs, Peacemaker was highly trained in combat, survival and infiltration.

Technology: Peacemaker had access to a huge arsenal of weapons and combat equipment. He favors an automatic shotgun.
