Real Name: Dr Charles Dayton
Background: Charles Dayton was a Nova Prize-winning computer scientist who was recruited by a group of evil scientists known as the Cadre. Realizing that they meant world conquest instead of world improvement, he fought against them and vowed to stop a group like that from ever rising again. He joined up with Watchstar West shortly after that group's formation and made many challenges to Cobra's leadership before departing.
Group Affiliation:: Former member, Knight/Watch.

Skills: Dr Data is a genius at computer and information sciences, and force field technology.
Technology: Data's exoskeleton allows him to manipulate force fields. He formerly had an extensive base in San Francisco, but it was destroyed.
