Real Name: Michael Thompson
Background: The Griffin was one of the swingestest superheroes of the Silver Age, battling menaces worldwide. Pursuing the villain Megadeath, he vanished, and was assumed dead. In reality, he and the villain had fallen into a cryonic freezing system and been preserved for almost 30 years. They were later thawed by Watchstar West. The Griffin joined the team when it became Knight/Watch.
