Background: Siren was one of a race of magical humans who dwelt beneath the ocean surface for millenia. When humans began to pollute the remote stretches of ocean that her people dwelt in, she rose up and joined others to stop the destruction. She later was paroled and joined Sierra Force before returning to her people.

Powers: Siren can breathe water, live under extremes of pressure and temperature, and swim at superhuman speeds. She also has superior strength and durability.
