Background: Captured and brainwashed by Channel, Phase Two agent Jasper Barron was transformed into Traxx, a near-unstoppable combat cyborg.

Skills: Traxx is an expert vehicle driver and marksman.

Technology: There is very little of the original human flesh left in Traxx. His entire lower body has been replaced by a tracked chassis armored with reinforced tritanium cladding. His muscles are now myomer fibers that give him superhuman strength. His left arm has been replaced with a megawatt plasma cannon. His original eyes and ears have been enhanced by a powerful sensor assembly. Even his heart and lungs have been replaced by cybernetic equivalents.
