Real Name: Dr. Patrick Black
Background: Dr Patrick Black was a geneticist who discovered a way to alter DNA structure using electricity. In order to keep his research from falling into the wrong hands, he implanted his technology in his own body, giving him the power to change shape. He eventually joined Watchstar West. Black is younger son of Soundwave I, and brother of the current Soundwave . He was formerly married to Contessa before she became a supervillain.

Powers: Changeling can alter his own DNA at will and assume various other forms that resemble animals, including a brute form, a flying form and a snake form.
Skills: Black is a brilliant geneticist and computer scientist.
