Real Name: Duncan Black II

Background: Duncan Black is the son of the original Soundwave and the brother of Changeling , who inherited his father's sonic suit. Hotheaded and proud, young Duncan joined the Transasian Lawgivers as a way to avenge what he felt was his father's tarnished reputation. Captured in Isola by Watchstar, he was later paroled and offered a chance to join the Corsairs, which he accepted.
