The Sentries
The Sentries were formed by Dr Nathaniel Nova with the goal of combatting the threat of Sargon. Although they never brought Sargon to justice, they battled many menaces during their tenure. Their base was a secret location in the Rocky Mountains.
The Sentries membership consisted of:
Soundwave I: Dr Duncan Black was the father of the current Soundwave and Changeling. He invented a suit that gave him control over sound. He died in an accident.
Raven: Raven was an agent of Phase Two and provided the team with intelligence.
Jade: Melissa Barnes is Earth-Prime's original Jade, whose body had been symbiotically linked with an alien crystal intelligence.
Viceroy: strong-willed, he argued many times with Soundwave over team decisions.
M: a parahuman with control over magnetism, he later left the team to join Watchstar 2.
The Sentries reunited briefly during the Hero Wars, when Jade was killed and M was infected by the alien virus that caused him to gain new powers.
